Foundation
Austrian technician Edoardo Janach moves to Como, Italy, to represent Grieshaber (Schaffhausen) and founds E. Janach as a workshop for bespoke ophthalmic instruments.
Mission
Since 1932, Janach has been dedicated to designing, prototyping, and manufacturing both single-use and reusable instruments that empower ophthalmologists to achieve safer, faster, and more predictable surgical outcomes.
